How you get from here to hired.
The second step in your #HubJourney is our Group Interview. Don't sweat it! This interview is meant to be more light-hearted with a focus on getting to know more about you as a person. Yes, that matters to us. You're not just a number with OHH, we value our team members on every level and want to get to know them before getting into their qualifications and skillsets. We can teach you skills, we can't teach you how to have a good personality ;).
The fourth step in your #HubJourney is to finalize out the process with a second and final interview. We pride ourselves on treating candidates like our clients and for that reason we invest a lot of time into making sure we know exactly what you're looking for to find the best team to place you with. Â
The fifth step in your #HubJourney is to meet with the potential client and get placed on a team. We want to make sure you are going to love who you work with so it's important that you and the client have a final interview to make sure you both feel it's a good fit. After you ace this last interview step we'll begin the offer & on-boarding process.Â
The final step in your #HubJourney is to start your placement with your new team and of course get support from FreelanceHub whenever you need it. FreelanceHub is your dedicated Slack channel to ask questions, get advice, and troubleshoot anything you may encounter while working with a client. We said it before and we'll say it again, we're invested in your success. Whatever we can do to help you crush it with the client we're there to support you every step of the way!Â

 Why do I have to apply to be a freelancer with Online Hiring Hub?
An invitation to join the Online Hiring Hub Community is only be extended to freelancers that successfully complete the application process. Part of the reason that companies trust the individuals we refer to them is because we do an extensive pre-qualification process before listing you as a referred freelancer to our clients.Â
We do this intentionally so that when a company is looking to hire someone with your qualifications they can confidently move forward with working with you immediately.
 If I don't have much experience working online can I still apply?
YES! We accept applications from anyone looking to work online whether you've been doing it for years or it would be your first remote work opportunity. We assess candidates based off of qualifications, experience, and potential. So while your prior work experience may not be directly related it could still be an asset to someone in the online space.Â
 I'm not located in the US, can I still apply?
YES! We accept applications from anywhere in the world.
 What will I get paid?
Different positions will have different pay structures (such as hourly, retainer, commission, etc.). The pay structure will be determined based on the role you're applying for and we will support by recommending a fair, competitive rate for your level of experience, but ultimately you're able to set your own rates at your discretion.Â
As a freelancer/contractor you will be expected to independently provide all tools necessary to successfully complete work related to your role, such as a reliable internet connection and a laptop/desktop.
 What makes this different from other job posting sites?
We care about your success and actively work on your behalf to help you find meaningful online opportunities. Other sites allow you to make a profile or post a resume without any guidance or involvement. We want to make sure that you're effectively positioning your skillset in a way that will attract the right kind of businesses and make them want to work with you.Â
 How do I know the company that works with me is legitimate?
Companies have to apply to work with us and be approved the same way that you do. We look for companies with stable revenue and work opportunities. It's equally important to us that both the freelancer and the company are high quality.
